Are you MCS certified?+
Yes — MCS certified for both solar PV and battery storage, plus HIES consumer-code members. Certification is what unlocks SEG export payments and the HIES insurance-backed guarantee.
What warranties come with a solar & battery install?+
Panels typically carry 25–30 year manufacturer warranties, inverters and batteries 10 years, plus a 2-year workmanship guarantee from us and HIES IBG cover on the install.
Do you handle DNO / G99 grid paperwork?+
Yes. We complete DNO applications and G99 export paperwork on your behalf, from application through to approval — it's part of the service.
How much is a quote, and how quickly can I get one?+
Surveys and quotes are free. We typically send a written quote within about 2 working days of the survey.
How do you take payment?+
Deposit on booking (credit card), a second staged payment about a week before install, and the final balance on handover — all documented up front.
Do you offer any grants?+
We're OZEV-approved for the EV charger grant scheme. We don't administer other government schemes.
