• Job details you submit through our quote form or by email/phone.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
• To carry out the works you've engaged us for, including MCS / NAPIT / DNO / SEG notifications where required.
• To meet legal obligations (electrical certification, tax records, insurance).

4. Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interest to reply to enquiries, contract to deliver quoted works, and legal obligation for certification and record-keeping.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with parties necessary to deliver your job — e.g. the DNO, MCS-certification body, HIES (for insurance-backed guarantee registration), and our accountants. We never sell your data.

6. Retention

Enquiries we don't proceed with are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed jobs are held for a minimum of 6 years to meet HMRC and insurance requirements.
